Graduations, birthdays, teacher recognition, in memoriam, or a new baby are just a few of the reasons to adopt. You may adopt a book, a DVD, or a CD.
Complete the adoption form below and pay online with a credit card, debit card, or your PayPal account. Checks are also accepted at PO BOX 702, Burbank, CA 91503. Your receipt and a thank-you letter will be mailed to you.
